Dr. Nadeem Kothdiwala
Dr. Kothdiwala is a proud alumnus of Presentation College, where his academic excellence was recognized with the prestigious National Additional Scholarship—an early reflection of his dedication, discipline, and commitment to service. He went on to earn his medical degree (MBBS) from the University of the West Indies, laying the foundation for a career devoted to patient-centered care.
With a strong interest in healthcare leadership and systems improvement, Dr. Kothdiwala pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital and Health Services Management at the University of Bedfordshire. This dual expertise in medicine and management allows him to navigate both clinical and organizational challenges in healthcare with confidence and vision.
His early clinical years were spent in Accident & Emergency and Internal Medicine, where he gained valuable frontline experience. However, it was in Family Medicine—particularly in the field of palliative care—that he found his true calling. He completed his postgraduate training in Family Medicine at the University of the West Indies, followed by a Global Fellowship in Palliative Medicine at the esteemed Trivandrum Institute in India.
Today, Dr. Kothdiwala serves as a Palliative Medicine Registrar at LivHealth, where he combines clinical excellence with heartfelt compassion. His work is deeply rooted in supporting patients and their families through serious illness, providing not just medical care but also guidance, dignity, and empathy. He is also actively involved in medical education, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare providers.

Dr. Chelsea Garcia
Dr. Chelsea Garcia is an award-winning, American Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Hospice Physician. With clinical experience across Europe, the U.S., and the Caribbean, she brings a global perspective to redesigning home healthcare for aging and complex-illness patients in resource-limited settings like Trinidad & Tobago.
As Founder and Medical Director of The LivHealth Group of Companies, Dr. Garcia leads a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate, cost-effective care that centers on dignity and comfort. Her mission is to build scalable, sustainable models that shift care beyond hospitals and into the home - where healing happens.
Her adapted, homegrown approach sees the person before the diagnosis, helping patients and families focus on what matters most: healing, relationships, & quality of life.

Dr. Ariane Baker-Lee
Dr. Ariane Baker-Lee is a Palliative Medicine Registrar at Livhealth and has been a part of the team for the past 3 years. She graduated from the University of The West Indies St.Augustine in 2014 with a Bacheor's of Medical Sciences (BMedSci) and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and is a holder of a Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care from the University of Washington.
Dr. Baker Lee has extensive clinical experience, across the North Central and Eastern Regional Health Authorities, in the areas of Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urology, Orthpaedics, Accident and Emergency and ICU(COVID). Her hard work and interpersonal skills, made her an asset to the medical teams she was a part of, especially during the pandemic.
Her passion for Palliative Care and for improving the quality of life for her patients and their families, has been instrumental in supporting the mission of the team, to bring dedicated and compassionate care paired with evidence based medicine to the people of Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr. Reatha-Leigh Padmore
Dr. Reatha-Leigh Padmore is a dedicated healthcare professional at LivHealth, committed to holistic health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, a Diploma in Paediatrics, and has trained at prestigious institutions including the Royal College of Physicians (Ireland), the University of Liverpool, and Imperial College London.
Fully registered with the Medical Board of Trinidad & Tobago and the General Medical Council (UK), Dr. Padmore is passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals across medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and social work. She also completed the Master Class in Palliative Care with the Palliative Care Society of Trinidad & Tobago in 2019.
With a focus on compassionate, person-centered care, Dr. Padmore is proud to be part of the team at LivHealth, where she continues to make a positive impact on her patients and the community.
